8. My Favourite Things



 Good morning everyone and welcome to a new challenge here at MAWTT
and for this one I have chosen the theme of.............
My favourite things!

 Now, I don't want projects featuring bars of chocolate or pictures of 
Brad Pitt as the favourite things refers to the song from
The Sound of Music
 (one of my favourite films) 
so your entry must feature something from the song. 

 If you are not familiar with the lyrics, here they are...............

 Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens
Bright copper kettles and warm woollen mittens
Brown paper packages tied up with strings
These are a few of my favourite things

Cream coloured ponies and crisp apple strudels
Doorbells and sleigh bells and schnitzel with noodles
Wild geese that fly with the moon on their wingsThese are a few of my favourite things

Girls in white dresses with blue satin sashes
Snowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes
Silver white winters that melt into springs
These are a few of my favourite things

When the dog bites
When the bee stings
When I'm feeling sad
I simply remember my favourite things
And then I don't feel so bad

 So lads and lasses, let's see your brilliant creations featuring items from the song
(kudos to anyone managing the dog bite or bee sting lol!!!)

    A newbie here to your challenge blogs. I came across it when looking at a challenge entry from one of your design team. Well, when I saw the challenge I just knew I had to join you and submit an entry seeing as The Sound of Music is one of my favourite all time films and I absolutely love this song - put it this way I didn't need to read the lyrics to decide on a line from it lol. I love all the design team cards, you all did fantastic jobs :)
